Rather than a review, this go at fashion x technology is to give kudos to the ever so lovely LOMOGRAPHY store. Not too long ago I had a personal walkabout through the boutique on in Toronto, and soaked in every “oooo” and “ahhh” moment.
It all started with the Sardina – a beautiful camera with funky prints and sparked from the love of a sardine can. I heart the Möbius ($69.00 CAD). It’s a wide angled, mult-exposures, boxy and heart throbbingly attractive – an affordable wonder with all kinds of functionality.
Fast-forward to taking a gander at the golden pop art camera. Multi-lenses are in, in, in. 35mm and 9 lenses to boast, the Pop Camera ($39.00 CAD) is a psychedelic fun machine that inspires you to maximize every frame. Didn’t hurt that it matched my watch.
Get gangster with gold chains – priced a little more premium ($129.00 CAD), the Diana Mini Gold Edition is perched pretty. Deck it out with a big flash and accompanying stylish case, and you have a night out on the town awaiting.
